SR Audio Return Policy

Our return policy allows the purchaser 14 days, from the day the item is delivered from the carrier, to decide whether or not the purchaser wants to return the item. You must contact us at SR Audio before sending the item back. Call (865) 220-5125, or email us. It must be returned in brand new condition, and all the items included must be returned, (power cord, rack screws etc.). Only the purchase price will be refunded. The shipping cost to the purchaser will not be refunded, nor will the shipping cost to get the item back to SR Audio be refunded. It must also be returned in its original shipping material, (boxes etc.). Once the item has been received and inspected by SR Audio, then the purchase price will be refunded.
