Returning Items for Repair

If you have a problem with an item purchased from us, please contact us at SR Audio. Call (865) 220-5125 or email us. Give a description of the problem and include the serial number of the item. Don’t send the item until you have contacted us. We want to know that an item is coming in for repair before it gets here. Also, we will give you a Return Authorization number for you to write on the lower left-hand corner of the box, on the side that the shipping label is on. This helps us to expedite the repair. If it is not a warranty repair, you will be contacted by us with an estimate.
